ASG’s New Engineering and Sales Team Members

ASG is thrilled to share that we’ve welcomed four exceptional team members since mid-November. Each brings expertise, energy, and enthusiasm that will propel ASG’s evolution into a scaled maker of precision fastening solutions.

Asim Siddiqui, Director of Engineering

Asim is a proven innovator and product designer with experience at Parker Aerospace, Bettcher Industries, Colson Group, and more. He will lead our engineering team, driving new product development and sustaining engineering activities. Asim’s leadership will accelerate our ability to deliver cutting-edge fastening products and accessories.

Rob Hernandez, Regional Sales Manager – Great Plains

Rob joins us from Rite Hite, a manufacturer of loading dock safety systems and industrial door products. Before Rite Hite, Rob spent time with DB Roberts, Goff Enterprises, APS Resource, and The Wagner Companies. He brings deep experience in channel collaboration and management and knows how to partner with reps and distributors to help our end users succeed.

Wendy Wexler, Inside Sales/Sales Operations Specialist

Wendy’s background spans manufacturers’ rep agencies and technical product distribution. She’s a master at supporting field salespeople and optimizing operations to ensure our partners and end users get what they need when they need it. She’s diligent and organized, and she’s going to help ensure we have an effective sales operation.

Derek Stuart, Regional Sales Manager – Gulf to Rockies

Derek spent the last two-plus decades building BlueRing Stencils into an industry leader and, most recently, led the post-merger sales integration between BlueRing and StenTech. He brings expertise in scaling sales systems and managing channel partners, both mission-critical capabilities as we look to expand and deepen our presence in the Gulf to Rockies territory.

These additions launch us into a new chapter for ASG. We’re expanding our capabilities and strengthening our commitment to growth, innovation, and partnership.
