We strive to provide you with the best technical repair and calibration services. Our staff includes a team of experienced technicians who can provide service assistance for any tool we sell. This includes repair and calibration of torque tools and meters for any brand we carry (even if you bought it somewhere else). Whether the need is repair, preventative maintenance, reconditioning or calibration and certification, ASG is committed to providing service to the highest quality standards.

Mexico: Solcom, Inc. is an authorized X-PAQ distributor and an authorized X-PAQ Repair Center in Mexico. Solcom, Inc Service Center is located in Reynosa, Tamaulipas.
China: Jergens (Shanghai) is an authorized X-PAQ Repair Center in China. Please contact Rafael Qi with any additional questions.
Repairs and Warranty Information
Our service departments can provide both warranty and non-warranty repairs.
Assembly Tool Warranty
ASG warrants to the original purchaser buying an ASG Express product with the intention of use rather than resale for a period of:
Two Years: HIOS electric screwdrivers and power supplies*; Fiam pneumatic screwdrivers, Fiam air motors, Fiam eTensil (2 years or 1 million cycles), GEDORE torque tools**
One Year: ASG brand electric and pneumatic screwdrivers and nutrunners and torque wrenches; HIOS VZ and VB series, process qualifiers; PS-series power packs; ASG X-PAQ SD2500 and EH2 series (1 year or 1 million cycles); torque testers
Six months: screw presenters, tape dispensers and label dispensers
If your item is not covered by a warranty, we do certify our work. If our service department completes a non-warranty repair we guarantee our work with a Repair Warranty. This Repair Warranty is for parts and labor and is active for a period of ninety (90) days from completion. This warranty extends only to the specific repair or replacement performed and does not apply to the tool as a whole.
Disclaimer: Seller makes no other warranty whatsoever, expressed or implied, and all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed and excluded from this transaction and shall not apply to the goods sold hereunder.
*Excludes VZ and VB series and driver and power packs used in automated applications
**GEDORE warrants to Customers who purchase a Product from the GEDORE catalog, website or an authorized GEDORE dealer for use in their profession that the Product will be free from defects in workmanship and materials. GEDORE brand torque control tools are warranted for twenty-four (24) months from date of purchase and up to 5,000 torque cycles (where after GEDORE recommends re-calibration). Consumable Products are warranted only against defects in workmanship or materials that prevent their use. For purposes of this Warranty, Consumable Products are defined as those Products which are reasonably expected to be used up or damaged during use, including without limitation drill bits, saw and knife blades, grinding and sanding discs, knife blades, files, sensors and batteries.
This Warranty extends only to the original Customer and may not be transferred or assigned to any third party.
Preventative Maintenance and Tool Reconditioning
In order to maintain optimal performance of your torque tools, ASG recommends that preventative maintenance tasks be performed on a regular schedule based upon the use of the tool. ASG offers full preventative maintenance services on all of our torque tools to help customers optimize their tool performance and reduce unexpected downtime.
Contact the ASG Service Department to discuss the preventative maintenance schedule or the reconditioning of your tool as this will vary by tool and application.
Calibration and Certification
No matter what type of assembly is being manufactured, accurate torque measurement is essential to a quality product. ASG recommends that all torque products be calibrated on a regular basis to maintain quality operation and avoid unnecessary disruptions to your business. ASG offers calibration services, performed and traceable to N.I.S.T. standards and issues a paper Calibration Certificate.
Should any product purchased from ASG need to be returned for non-service related issues, please contact ASG Customer Service for assistance prior to shipping any product to our facility. Returns cannot be received by ASG without prior authorization.
