Product Specification Changes:
ASG is committed to Continuous Improvement so product specification may change without notice. We recommend that you download the most current drawings, manuals, and product specifications from our website www.asg-jergens.com or contact an ASG Customer Service member at 888-486-6163, to verify specifications of the product you are interested in before you make a purchase.
Returns are processed through our Customer Service Team with an ASG Returned Material Authorization (RMA) form. Contact an ASG Customer Service member at 888-486-6163 or [email protected] to obtain authorization, as returns will not be accepted without prior submission of the RMA. Items returned without prior approval will be refused.
Returns can be processed within 30 days of the original date of purchase. To be eligible, items must be returned in new, re-sellable condition, including all original packaging materials and any accessories that were included with the purchase (cables, bits, manuals, etc.). Items returned damaged or with signs of use or wear will be refused. Items missing original packaging, paperwork, manuals, accessories, etc. will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. If a product is being returned due to an error made by ASG, we will process it free of charge and immediately provide a replacement. Returns must be freight pre-paid.
ASG Express offers free priority shipping within the contiguous 48 states on orders over $50.00. Areas within a two day ship-point from the ASG Warehouse will ship free UPS Ground. Our goal is to get customers items as fast as possible, but some items require additional handling or internal processing and calibration at ASG before shipping.
If the item is in stock and no additional handling is needed, order is placed by 12 noon (EST), it will ship the same day. If ordering after 12 noon (EST), the item may not ship in the same day and will ship the next business day. Non-standard, custom, large quantities may require additional time before shipping.
Shipment of goods may be delayed due to unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances; average times may vary depending on state, weather conditions, public holidays, etc.
ASG Express offers a guaranteed lowest price on their products. If a customer should find a lower price in the U.S. only, ASG will match the price and offer an additional 10% off of the matched price. The price must be published online and verified by an ASG Customer Service representative. The item must be an identical model, part number, and brand. The item must be in new condition. The item must be priced accurately and include all applicable fees, tax, and shipping in order to be matched. Price matching of liquidation, going out of business retailers and authorized ASG distributors are excluded. The customer must contact ASG at the time of order to request price matching. No refunds will be made after the item has shipped from the ASG warehouse. ASG reserves the right to modify, reduce, or discontinue the lowest price guaranteed promotion in the future.
ASG Express offers an in-stock guarantee on the items specifically marked “In-stock” at asg-jergens.com. A maximum quantity of (1) item is guaranteed to be in stock for “In-stock” designated items. Additional quantities are available on a Pre-Order basis and may be subject to a lead time. If an “In-stock” marked item is out of stock, a quantity of (1) will be given to the customer at no charge. The maximum free item on any individual order is (1) piece. Items not marked as “In-stock” are available for Pre-Order, subject to a lead-time and not included as part of the In Stock Guarantee.

CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65
Proposition 65, a California state law, requires businesses to notify consumers when products contain certain chemicals. ASG products may enter the State of California through the general stream of commerce. To ensure compliance with Proposition 65, ASG includes warnings on its products that may include the following language:

Effective Dec. 2018, ASG’s standard terms and conditions for the sale of products shall include without limitation the following:
Any product manufactured, distributed and/or provided by ASG Jergens and obtained or purchased by buyer (“Buyer”), whether for distribution, resale, use or otherwise, shall be labeled in compliance with California’s Proposition 65 law and implementing regulations. Buyer must notify ASG of any product without a Proposition 65 label. Upon its receipt of such notice, ASG, in its sole discretion, will instruct Buyer to either return any or all such products to ASG, whereupon ASG will replace such returned products with properly-labeled products, or to retain any or all such products, in which case ASG shall provide labels and further instructions for the labeling of such products. Buyer agrees to certify to ASG its compliance with any and all instructions provided in accordance herewith, as required by Proposition 65 and otherwise as ASG may reasonably request from time to time. Buyer agrees to indemnify ASG for all claims, actions and suits arising from any actual or alleged violation of Proposition 65 relating in any way to any product provided by ASG to Buyer.
